FoodFoot (foodfoot.app) is a Hong Kong restaurant-matching tool: open a table, share the LINK with your dining partners, everyone swipes separately, then reveal the restaurants you all liked. By using the service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. We may change, suspend or end the service or any feature at any time.

Using FoodFoot and registering a restaurant are free. No account, no payment.

Restaurants in the deck are curated by hand from press coverage and FOODIE visits, plus restaurants listed by their owners. Price level, area and cuisine are indicative only. We do not guarantee that any restaurant is still open, or that its hours, address, prices or menu are accurate or current — please check before you go. FoodFoot is not affiliated with the restaurants in the deck unless stated.

You must not: use automated tools to mass-open tables, swipe or submit forms; upload photos or content you have no right to use, or impersonate another person or restaurant; submit false, defamatory, unlawful or offensive content in feedback or registration forms; or attempt to bypass access controls, obtain other people’s data or attack our systems.

By registering a restaurant on /partner you confirm that you are authorised to act for that restaurant; that the photos you upload are owned by or licensed to the restaurant and do not infringe anyone’s copyright (you are responsible for any dispute); that the restaurant name, area, cuisine, price level, dish, intro, IG and photos will be shown publicly in the deck while contact details stay private and are used only for listing and partnership contact; that marketing messages are sent only if you ticked the marketing opt-in, which you can withdraw at any time by email; and that we may delist or edit any registration at any time without notice (for example incorrect details, complaints, suspected copyright issues or closure).

The FoodFoot brand, tile design, animal personas and share-card designs belong to us. You may share the images the app generates for personal, non-commercial use. Copyright in restaurant photos, press coverage and Instagram content remains with the original authors or restaurants.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that match results or restaurant information will suit your needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including dining decisions made on match results, restaurant experiences or inaccurate information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
